The MilkGuard B+T Combo Test Kit is a qualitative two-step 3+5 min rapid lateral flow assay to detect β-lactams and tetracyclines antibiotic residues in raw commingled cows’ milk. The test is based on the specific reaction of antibody-antigen and immunochromatography. β-lactam and tetracycline antibiotics in the sample compete for the antibody with the antigen coated on the membrane of the test strip.
