The Aflatoxin M1 residue test strip is based on the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography, the aflatoxin M1 in the sample binds to the colloidal gold-labelled specific monoclonal antibody in the flow process, which inhibits the binding of the antibody and the antigen-BSA coupling at the detection limit of the NC membrane, thus leading to the change of the colour depth of the T-line; and regardless of whether or not the sample contains the substance to be detected, the C-line will be coloured, to to indicate that the test is valid. Aflatoxin M1 residue test strips can be matched with a reader to extract the test data and analyse the data to obtain the final test result.
Aflatoxin M1 residue test strips are suitable for the qualitative determination of aflatoxin M1 in raw and pasteurised milk samples. Detection limit 0.5 ppb, the test shows negative with 500 μg/L of sulfamethazine, norfloxacin, lincomycin, spectinomycin, gentamicin, streptomycin and other drugs, the test shows positive with 5 μg/L Aflatoxin B1.
