The monoclonal antibody against Aflatoxin Total is linked with the coagulating media in column. Mycotoxins in sample is extracted, filtered and diluted. Make the sample extraction solution goes through the Aflatoxin Total column. Aflatoxin (B1, B2, G1, G2) residue is combined with the antibody separately in column, the washing solution get rid of the impurity not combined. Finally, using the methyl alcohol to elute Aflatoxin B1, Aflatoxin B2, Aflatoxin G1, Aflatoxin G2.
