Product advantages

T-2 mycotoxin is a naturally occurring mold byproduct of Fusarium spp. fungus and is toxic to humans and other animals. The clinical condition it causes is alimentary toxic aleukia and a host of symptoms related to organs as diverse as the skin, airway, and stomach. It exists in T-2 mycotoxins poluted grains, feeds and foods.

Kwinbon Inmmunoaffinity Columns belongs third method, it utilize liquid chromatography for the separation, purification or specific analysis of T-2 mycotoxin. Usually Kwinbon columns are combined with HPLC.

HPLC quantitative analysis of fungal toxins is a mature detection technique. Both forward and reverse phase chromatography are applicable. Reverse phase HPLC is economical, easy to operate, and has low solvent toxicity. Most toxins are soluble in polar mobile phases and then separated by non-polar chromatography columns, meeting the needs for rapid detection of multiple fungal toxins in dairy sample. UPLC combined detectors are gradually being applied, with higher pressure modules and smaller size and particle size chromatography columns, which can shorten sample running time, improve chromatographic separation efficiency, and achieve higher sensitivity.

With high specificity, Kwinbon T-2 mycotoxin columns can catch target molecules in a highly pure state. Also Kwinbon columns flow fast, eassy to operate. Now it's rapidly and widely using in feed and grain field for mycotoxins decetion.
